Friday, September 5, 2008 - 6:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight
Booth set-up will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. All booths must be set up no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. ANYONE NOT PRESENT BY THE FINAL SET-UP TIME WILL HAVE THEIR SPACE RESOLD!! All cars and trailers must be removed from the festival area by these times. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON BOOTH LOCATION WILL BE SENT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE FESTIVAL.
One 10' x 10' booth space per vendor. IF YOUR BOTH/TRAILER IS LARGER THAN 10' X 10', YOU MUST BUY ADDITIONAL SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SERVING AREA!! Electricity is provided for food vendors only. You must bring everything you need for set-up (table, chairs, pop-up tents, etc.)
Music cannot be played loudly - complaints about loud music will result in the vendor being asked to leave the festival!!

Please list/describe all items you plan to sell and/or display.
FOOD
You must have a food handler's permit. You must have enclosed (screened) food area. Tents must be able to stand on concrete. Please list/describe all items you plan to sell and/or display. Please list ALL appliances that you will be using. Please describe IN DETAIL the set-up of your serving area (e.g. are you serving from a tent/wagon, the size of tent/wagon including hitch) and draw a diagram of your serving area indicating where you will be serving from. (For example, if you have a wagon and are serving from the side, draw a picture of the wagon, with the hitch, give the size of the wagon, and indicate the side area where you will be serving from). REMEMBER: IF YOUR TENT/WAGON IS MORE THAN 10' X 10' (INCLUDING THE HITCH) YOU MUST BUY ADDITIONAL SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SERVING AREA!! INFORMATION/POLITICAL CANDIDATES
