You are invited to take part in Lexington’s Twenty Third Roots & Heritage Festival “African-American Marketplace” on FRIDAY, SATURDAY,
Booth set-up will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. All booths must be set up no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. ANYONE NOT PRESENT BY THE FINAL SET-UP TIME WILL HAVE THEIR SPACE RESOLD!! All cars and trailers must be removed from the festival area by these times. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON BOOTH LOCATION WILL BE SENT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE FESTIVAL.
The fee for one 10’ x 10’ booth space for commercial (non-food) vendors is $125 for Friday, $175 for Saturday, $50 for Sunday, and $350 for all three days. The fee for food vendors is $175 for Friday, $225 for Saturday, $75 for Sunday, and $475 for all three days. The fee for a limited number of information vendors is $35 each day. The fee for political candidate information is $50 each day.
WE WILL PROVIDE SPACE ONLY; VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, ETC. Electricity for a LIMITED number of FOOD VENDORS ONLY will be provided.
To reserve your booth space, please complete the enclosed Vendor Reservation/Registration form and return it to Beverly Henderson by August 20, 2011. If you need further information, you may call the voice mail information line at (859) 276-3262.
ONLY CASH, MONEY ORDERS, AND CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE RETURNED!!!
